Description
Approx 1kg, medium diameter.
Produced in VIC.
Made by Mick Nunn in Ballarat from Western Plains free range pork, produced from the loin.
Salted then brushed and covered in black pepper, before being left to air dry.
Has a beautiful layer of fat for flavour, can be sliced thin or a few millimetres thick for extra flavour.
Serve as antipasti or on a charcuterie board.
