Description

Approx 1.5kg, medium diameter.

Produced in Queensland.

Rolled pork belly and loin which has been trimmed of excess fat, then rubbed in a salt and spice blend and allowed to cure for two weeks. It is then rolled and placed in a casing where it dries and matures for a further 3 months.

Slice thinly and serve as antipasti item or can be cut and pan fried and served as a crunchy topping for salads or pasta.
