Description
Approx 1-1.5kg, medium diameter.
Produced in Queensland.
Traditional salumi product sourced from the neck of the pig. Rolled in salt and spices before being left to cure for two weeks. Then air dried and matured for at least 10 weeks.
Ruby coloured meat interlaced with fine layers of white fat.
Slice thinly and use on charcuterie boards or serve with crusty bread.
