Description
Approx 2 Kg Bag, 10 Salami per Bag
Saucisson sec is made to a traditional recipe of the Languedoc.
Sauccison is a strongly flavoured pork sausage, characterized by its high fat content and simple ingredients – predominantly pork, black peppercorns and salt. Made from Gooralie Free Range pork, the salami is wrapped in natural casings and dried for around 6-8 weeks, with deep-red interior and small chunks of high quality white fat dispersed throughout.
With lovely porky aroma and a slightly salty tang this is an excellent example of charcuterie. To serve remove the skin as far you intend to cut.
