This premium quality Sherry Vinegar from Jerez in Spain is produced by Videsan S.L. who specialise in the production of DOP authentic Sherry Vinegar.
Solera 77 is made in new fresh oak barrels, giving it a wonderful fresh floral bouquet and taste. It has a high acidity of 7%. There is no residual sugar or dark colour.
It’s fantastic as a base for mignonette over oysters or raw seafood and a great option for summer salad dressings where complexity and intensity are required.
