Wines that will be used for vinegar production are hand selected. The close relationship between the family and the local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors.
A bittersweet flavour and balanced acidity, perfectly preserving the floral and fruity aromas of the Muscat grape.
Use as a dressing for tomato or fruit salads. Ideal for pickling and marinating oily fish.
