The Badia family are 5th generation, master vinegar makers operating since 1908 in Spain.
Wines that will be used for vinegar production are hand selected. The close relationship between the family and the local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors.

Aromatic, medium sweet vinegar with hints of laurel, rosemary, thyme. Perfect for seasoning cockles, mussels, clams, oysters, potato crisps. Use to marinate fish, dress tuna salads and vegetables.
