The Badia family are 5th generation, master vinegar makers operating since 1908 in Spain.
Wines that will be used for vinegar production are hand selected. The close relationship between the family and the local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors.
Made with Chardonnay wine aged in French oak.
Balanced and elegant vinegar with hints of white fruit, honey and chamomile. The ageing in French oak gives the vinegar delicate toasted notes.
Use for marinating anchovies, or as a base for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces.
