The Badia family are 5th generation, master vinegar makers operating since 1908 in Spain.
Wines that will be used for vinegar production are hand selected. The close relationship between the family and the local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors.
The aroma and flavour of this Reserve Sherry DOP vinegar comes from its 2+ year aging in American oak casks.
Expect deep notes of salted almonds, yeast and an aroma similar to liquorice.
Use to make mayonnaise, dressings and vinaigrettes, also to make traditional Andalusian gazpacho or to dress fish.
