The Badia family are 5th generation, master vinegar makers operating since 1908 in Spain.
Wines that will be used for vinegar production are hand selected. The close relationship between the family and the local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors.
Base of the vinegar made by combining Spanish Cava varieties.
A fresh, elegant vinegar with light, sweet and fruity notes. Ideal for using in all kinds of salads, marinades and for adding flavour to fish and oysters.
