Villani is one of the key influencers and shapers of the Italian salumi industry. They have been in operation for over 130 years and are a fourth generation family owned business.
Culatta is naturally formed into an oval shape, is slightly sweet with a layer of creamy fat to protect the quality of the meat while salting and drying. Beautiful intramuscular marbling with a great flavour, this is a wonderful alternative to San Daniele or Parma.
Slice paper thin for best results. Perfect stand alone salumi item or in addition to a charcuterie board.
