Description
Approx 2kg cut. Pasteurised cow and goat milk.
Produced in the remote Valdeon valley in the Leon province of Northern Spain.
Wrapped in Sycamore leaves, matured for 2-4 months. The cow's milk gives creaminess and the goat milk contributes a sweet and fresh flavour.
Rich and spicy taste.
Pair with Gruner Veltliner, Riesling and sweet dessert wine.
