Made near Lake Maggiore in Northern Italy by the Tosi famly who have been operating for three generations. Caseficio Tosi is one of the few producers operating within the official classification for Gorgonzola.

Matured for a minimum of 90 days on traditional wooden boards, this piccante has a yeasty aroma, a firm and creamy texture, and typical spicy flavours that are characteristic of Gorgonzola. Less acidic than other interpretations with a tightly balanced flavour profile.

Pair with Pinot Bianco, Moscato, Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon.
