Made with milk from Jersey and Swiss Brown cows for a creamy and luscious texture, before a several month long maturation period to allow for mould development.

The result is a rich, robust blue cheese that mellows with age. Its fruity aromas make it perfect match with dried fruit or even a little mild honey.

Pair with muscat, port or Nebbiolo.
