2.3kg Wheel, Cow's milk blue
Made in the autumn months from organic cow's milk, Inverloch Blue is matured for six months before each wheel is hand-wrapped in vine leaves soaked in locally made Fumé Blanc — then rested for a further five months. Dense and compact, with a rich, deep flavour and a gentle sweetness.
Serve with crusty bread and fresh fruit, or paired with a glass of Sauternes.
