Tray of 8 cheeses, approx 100g each. Pasteurised organic cow milk with Geotrichum rind.
These are beautiful little chevre-style cheeses with delicious wrinkly geotrichum rind encasing dense and wonderfully fudgy cheese whose texture matures to rich and creamy.
Lovely cheeses to dish up as single-serve indulgences with crusty bread or even dried fruit loaf, but they also work well on a cheeseboard alongside other great cheeses.
Pair with codon cut Riesling or wheat beers.
