Produced in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Made in the traditional methods of French Alpine style cheeses and inspired by French Abondance.

Complex but not overpowering flavour, initially a sweet and milky flavour with hints of pear and apple. Taste transitions to a fuller and more savoury flavour with hints of nuttiness.

Pairs well with Pinot Noir, Gamay or a Session Ale.
