A cheese with a 2000 year history. Made by the Pinna family who use higher quality milk, allowing them to add just enough salt to let the cheese shine.
Savoury flavour with a granular and mouth filling texture. It develops a umami flavour and is great to cook with. Shave or grate over salads, pasta dishes, soups and vegetables.
