A lightly spiced bresaola with a hint of rosemary, black pepper and juniper.

The meat is trimmed, salted, and cured for 7 days with aromatic herbs and spices before being air dried for approximately 6-8 weeks. The result is a lean, clean flavoured salumi.

Serve traditionally by thinly slicing bresaola and arranging on top of rocket, garnished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Alternatively, add to your charcuterie boards for a cost effective beef option.
