Approx 2kg. cut or 4kg full wheel. Raw cow milk, smear ripened Alpine style.
Produced in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
Made in the classic style of Alpine cheeses from Northern Italy, this cheese in based on Fontina Vecchio.
Washed weekly for a minimum of 6 months, the La Saracca displays a rich, robust and complex flavour, with earthy and savoury tones.
Pairs well with Pinot Grigio, Barbera and Nebbiolo.
