Each pieceof fresh veg is hand trimmed and blanched in separate batches to make sure no one piece is over cooked. Marinated in a simple agrodolce – a mix of vinegar, sugar, water and salt from Cervia on the Adriatic sea near San Marino.
These perfectly proportioned pieces of cauliflower, carrot, fennel and red and yellow capsicum are fresh-tasting and crunchy with a subtle sweet and sour tang.
