A traditional Korean side dish made from Wombok and then fermented.
Bold and spicy with garlic, ginger, Gochujang chilli pepper flakes, fish sauce among other seasonings.
Pack down in bucket between uses. This product will continue to ferment and become stronger.
Can be eaten on its own, used in toasties, added to rice or eggs.
