A 100-year-old company focused on canned fish & seafood. The factory is on the Arosa Ría, a bay on the north-west coast of Spain where products from Ría and the Galician cost are hand selected and hand packaged. The unique characteristics of the bay, such as protection from currents further north and its mineral and nutrient-rich waters favour unique marine biodiversity.
Mussels are caught in Galician estuaries and arrive fresh. They are prepared in a traditional pickle sauce of olive oil, garlic and paprika.
