A 100-year-old company focused on canned fish & seafood. The factory is on the Arosa Ría, a bay on the north-west coast of Spain where products from Ría and the Galician coast are hand selected and hand packaged. The unique characteristics of the bay, such as protection from currents further north and its mineral and nutrient-rich waters favour unique marine biodiversity.
These razor clams are sourced in Ireland, the cold waters produce a premium quality razor clam. The fresh product is sent to Spain where the cooking, brining and canning take place on site at the Paco Lafuente factory in Galicia.
