The Olympus buffalo fetta has an earthy, mild taste with a creamy, firm texture that cuts easily. Lower in salt content than many imported styles and is gentle on the palate.
Buffalo milk is sourced from the Maleny area in QLD, the curds and whey are pressed, drained and brined for a few days. The cheese is then packed ready to be eaten at your table.
Can be used in salads as well as for baking in sweet or savoury tarts and pastries.
