Botanical Cuisines are organic certified and use premium, ethically sourced organic raw vegan produce. All products are hand made at low temperatures with minimal processing applying sustainable production methods.
Enzyme rich and nutrient dense, all raw material used is free from artificial additives, gluten, dairy, and soy.
8 month shelf life from date of production.
Macadamia feta is blended and poured into steel nets, remaining moisture is pressed out, then sliced and allowed to cure for a further 48 hours. Natural fermentation inreases acidity in the feta. Rosemary oil extract and wild orange in the oil blend assist with preservation.
Great for salads, breakfast dishes, sandwiches, roast vegetables.
