Enzyme rich and nutrient dense, all raw material used is free from artificial additives, gluten, dairy, and soy.
8 month shelf life from date of production.
Take care with the buckets unrefrigerated, can split if heated.
A savoury butter, made from macadamia and cashew. The cultures used giving a truffle flavour with a good hint of acidity. Can mould its shape when warm to mimic hollandaise, can be tossed through a dish or have non vegan uses, such as smeared over a steak to finish.
