Premium Cantabrican anchovies from the Bay of Biscay in Spain.
Anchovies are pressed and matured for a minimum of 8 months, hand cleaned and filleted. Tins are hand packed by women only and have a number in the tin corresponding to the person that packed it, guaranteeing traceability.
One of the best Cantabrican anchovies available in Australia.
Need to be kept refrigerated.
