That rich texture is matched by the aromas you expect from the best washed rind cheeses: slightly funky – but not too much, forest floor, fungal and dead right sexy with a round savoury finish.
Proudly made with organic milk from a single dairy herd by master cheesemakers from Prom Country this is the local washed rind to put on a cheese board, dress the deli window or even use in classic Italian dished like grilled figs, gnocchi or Tartiflette.
