Daniel and Sarah, both from the corporate world have made their dream a reality, purchasing a small farm in the Macedon Ranges and small herd of mixed breed goats.
Ten years on they have approximately 40 goats and have partnered with an additional goat farm to increase their volumes meaning premium goat curd all year round.
This curd is not just an ingredient- it is the star of the show when garnished with vine-ripened tomatoes, basil, and Alto Extra Virgin olive oil.
Its smooth, clean, and fresh flavour can be used in savoury and sweet dishes.
