Named after the infamous Northern Indian Ghost chilli, this is a really well-crafted slow fermented Norcia style salami that combines quality pork and traditional salumi skills.

The result is a delicious salume packed with sweet porky flavour and wonderful funky aromas that come from classic slow fermentation and air drying with a punch of heat from the chilli. This quickly disappears intensifying the flavour and aroma of the salume.
